  1.  Kelly- Hello, I'm Kelly one of your Frugalicious Mommies. I first off want to welcome you to our blog what I like to call my second baby for now. LOL. I like to think of myself as one of the lucky ones who married their High School sweetheart and had babies. Its not that simple we had some little and really big bumps and bruises along the way. My husband and I met my Freshman year of High School through a mutual friend. We both went to college. I went to culinary school my husband went to ITT. He is one of the biggest geeks that I know. We have been together for 9 years and married for almost 4. He is my best friend. We both actually worked for the same company, but then I got laid off and then a few months later brought back on and a few months later laid off...yet again. That is actually how Brie and I met. We then moved back to my parents and I found a job as a chef! 3 weeks into the job, we learned for his birthday that we were going to have a baby for my birthday! 2 days after finding out I was pregnant I got laid off yet again. With my being out of work and a baby on the way our finances got a bit, well, we crashed and burned. We had no way out and couldn't see the light. We had to file bankruptcy. Well the baby, our Princess Shelby, just turned one and we are back in our own home. Bankruptcy behind us we are learning how to live on a budget and learning new ways everyday how to live life Frugaliciously. Out of all the Mommies, I am the only one who works full time. Although I would love to stay home with my little girl, to stay afloat I have to work. I work at a great hotel in the Tigard Oregon area. I started Frugalicious Mommies as a way for my friends and I to bring the things we find to other Mommies in similar situations and looking for ways to cut back. I search the net every day for samples and freebies and coupons to share. We also search for great deals to share with you all. We do giveaways and prizes because, come on, everyone loves that kind of stuff. We always like input and ideas. Let us know what you want to see.

Brand-Hello! My name is Brandy Hayward I am a mother of 1 1/2. I just found out I am pregnant with #2! I have a 2 1/2 year old son who can be quite a handful but so much fun! I am married and have been for 5 years going on 6 to a man I have known pretty much my entire life, in high school I was best friends with his little sister and always had a crush on him but managed to keep it a secret until the day I turned 18. Financially we are strained from the economic down turn. We were doing really well up until 2008 my husband was laid off from his job and I didn't work from 14 weeks pregnant with my son due to major morning sickness ( I worked at a nursing home doing medical records, the smell of adult poop *shivers* got to me something fierce). My husband is currently back at work but we still have an extremely hard time making ends meet, so I took up Pure Romance as a side business. I love it and actually make great money doing it! Heres my plug, if you are interested in finding out how you can make money doing a job that you will love, and make your own hours let me know! So lately I have been doing couponing like mad, not as extreme as some but I do it to save money and can find ways to get great deals.

Brie- I'm a stay at home mom with 2 kids under 3 years old (Sullivan and Deirdre). I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for 3 years in July. Like a lot of people, we are on a very tight budget. We have to sacrifice a lot in order for me to stay home with the kids. I make up some of the difference in income right here from the corner seat on our hand-me down couch. Hey, its a sleeper sofa, so technically we have a guest room! I coupon, its not extreme because we don't have the room for 1 box of cereal, let alone 50. I enter sweepstakes, yes they are legit, my lingering tan lines from last months trip to Miami prove it, well at least to me and my lily fluorescent white skin, you'd never know that I am a native Floridian! I do some online surveys and occasionally will do some work on Amazon's mTurk program. I am a BzzAgent, a member of CrowdTap,and an All You Reality Checker! I enjoy cooking and baking; I make 98% of the food we eat in this house from scratch, it really saves a lot of money! In the interest of time there are some things that I am going to tell you now, so I don't have to explain later. #1: My husband is 22 years older than I am. #2: I have 2 children that do not live with us. The oldest, Jacob, was born when I was 19, homeless, jobless and alone. He lives with his parents in California. I have contact and will mention him from time to time. Zechariah is in Reno with his father. We had an incredibly nasty divorce, and continue to have issues. They are both very important to me, as all children are to their parents. I am very open and very honest about all things concerning them, so if you have any questions, please just ask. Welcome to Frugalicious Mommies!

Helen-Helen Schueneman here to welcome you to our Frugalicious Mommies! I'm 26 and have a 2 year old daughter named Allie Ann. I'm a stay-at-home mommy that finds anyway to save money by being crafty. I love to keep my hands busy with making costumes, aprons and altering children's clothing. You name a craft and I've tried it or know someone who has. Baking is another passion of mine and I've been experimenting with making my own cookie cutters. We have a garden and preserve whatever we yield however we can. I still have zucchini from last year in the freezer ;-). I have some interesting cooking tips for those of you who have “nothing to eat”in the house or too much of something and don't know what to do with it. I welcome all questions so don't hesitate to ask!
